Playing Martin Walker's Citadel, for the first time, on original Time for another early classic, and a bit overlooked maybe? Underrated by Zzap at the time, I think, only giving it 61% seemed a ... Grrrr. Salamander just doesn't want to behave, does it? ***Spoiler*** It did work eventually but there's so little gameplay footage ... Finally found something that will load. System 3 always had a pretty good rep, didn't they? And then they made a shoot em up. Hmmm, odd one this. One of those not bad but not great games. Unfortunate when the loader game is more fun than the main title, ... Okay, it's been *weeks* since I last played anything and LITERALLY DECADES since I played Retrograde, but here we are at last.

Aaaand a quick search on wiki reveals the show I was wittering on about was "First Class". Which, due to the joys of analogue telly ... Not Strider. Really not Strider. But this is what we were stuck with, as '64 owners. Sadly, not all of those stripey purple boxes ... Ranarama. Crazy title, maybe. Crazy fun? Yup. Well, I enjoyed it, anyway. Always felt it was a bit underrated, bit of an ignored gem ... Brought to you by Ocean. And Woolworth, John Menzies, WhSmith, Barclays, Lee Cooper, Boots and Pepsi. But not Lucozade ... Let's face it, this is probably Tiertex's best effort, isn't it? Ought to be applauded, really, but would feel like congratulating a toddler ... Thunderblade! How could I forget Thunderblade? Ah well. So many helicopter games. Or are they all "Jetcopter" games?

Inspired by Chinnyvision's very in-depth look at 180 on several formats, I had to see if the speech was in the Okay, the main character's called Thor, not BC. Helps if I read the inlay really, doesn't it? Also helps if I pay attention to the camera ...
